Community Violence Intervention through self-reflection, dialogue, and worldview reformation.
Focusing on character development, identity formation, emotional intelligence, and relationship repair.
PHASE II: WORKFORCE

Career path building through purpose discovery, job documentation, and education planning.
Empowering civic leadership, community systems knowledge, and small business development.
PHASE IV: TECHNOLOGY
Professional workshops cover STEM, financial literacy, and technical certifications like CompTIA A+.
TARGET POPULATION
Dedicated to men from underserved urban corridors, specifically those disproportionately impacted by systemic poverty, violence, and the justice system. We focus on individuals seeking a pivot from high-risk environments toward sustainable purpose.
GROUP-BASED SESSIONS
Our curriculum is delivered through an intensive modular framework available in-person and virtually. These sessions facilitate raw self-reflection, media analysis, and cognitive restructuring, allowing participants to reform their worldview within a collaborative, peer-led environment.
